Purpose, Profile, and Description
As a Support Process Manager , you are responsible for designing, creating, maintaining and adopting ITSM processes (Incident, Request, and Knowledge Management), any application specific processes and you are familiar with all procedures applied in GCX, in particular in operational teams.
You lead consultancy on processes and related solutions in scope. You promote and manage continuous process improvement ideas & initiatives to provide efficient and effective processes to end users and process performers enabling them to create the wished outcomes.
He/she will interface with local / global IT functions across all of Informatics, plus the Finance & Procurement functions in particular in RSS to align all process related activities, such as definition of processes, standardization & harmonization, governance and compliance.
Deliver simple, efficient and valuable global:
ITSM processes for Informatics / RSS by designing, creating and maintaining high level and detailed process design artifacts (e.g. global SOPs, TOPs);
GCX processes for our internal process performers;
Processes related to TPX solutions for RSS by designing, creating and maintaining high level and detailed process design artifacts (e.g. global SOPs, TOPs);
Participate in and support the Global ITSM Sounding Board meeting by preparing required material;
Ensure day-to-day maintenance of the processes by organizing and coordinating the support for the process;
Co-create the deployment of enhancement and process rollouts by working with sites / functions;
Ensure the adoption of processes and solutions in scope in collaboration with Process & OCM specialists;
Define the process related needs and requirements for the implementation of new or improved capabilities in related solutions / components;
Manage organizational and process-related interfaces, in particular to align with other processes;
Accountable for the communication of process and release-related communication, maintenance of g+ communities, websites, etc.;
Monitor, review and analyze process performance and KPIs;
Monitor the effectiveness of TPX processes and manage continuous improvement initiatives to ensure effectiveness and efficiency of the process and customer satisfaction;
Follow up with team, sites, functions not adhering to defined KPIs;
Escalate as required if process objectives are in danger;
Manage the establishment and maintenance of a community of practice to continuously educate and share best practices for Support processes and solutions in regular meetings and through other channels;
Coordinate with Product Owners / Solution Lifecycle Managers for solutions related change implementation.
Required Skill and Expertise:
56 years of successful experience in a comparable position managing and supporting similar products in a multinational environment, mainly in virtual setup;
ITIL Foundation and as a plus Practitioner Certificate;
Scrum Master Certification;
Experience with working in a scaled agile framework is a plus;
Experience in working in a global, virtual team with proven interpersonal skills to interact and communicate effectively with Informatics / Finance & Procurement staff in multiple countries and varying cultures;
Flexibility to work outside of business hours if required;
Strong stakeholder management skills and ability to build and maintain partnerships aimed to achieve TPX’s goals;
Ability to work with virtual teams across the organization, located in different time zones and with differing cultures;
Good coordination, organizational and communication skills;
Experience in working in an agile organization, e.g. SCRUM;
Good verbal and written English skills, additional languages are an asset.
Position Specific Skills and Expertise:
Expert understanding, multi-year experience in the management and governance of ITIL Incident, Problem, Request and Knowledge Management processes and a good knowledge of the other ITSM processes;
Advanced experience in the management of business applications hosting the ITSM processes in scope;
A good understanding of IT technology for other important tools supporting the Informatics, RSS, and GCX processes;
ITIL Practitioner or Expert Certification;
Confidence to interact in an ambiguous environment, but still providing clear guidance to process performs in Informatics / RSS;
Solid experience in applying Design Thinking methodology to process and customer journeys mapping;
Experience and knowledge of Lean Six Sigma, specific certification is highly appreciated.
