• Candidate must possess at least a Diploma, Advance/Higher/Graduate Diploma, Professional Certificate, Bachelor's Degree, Post Graduate Diploma, Professional Degree Finance/ Accountancy/ Banking or equivalent
• Required skill(s): IFCA, ISO Process and equivalent
• Required language(s): Bahasa Malaysia, English
• At least 2 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position
• Preferably Non-Executives specializing in Finance - General/Cost Accounting or equivalent

JOB SCOPE

(AR)

• To record all company's collection for MOH in order to show the correct Cash Balance in the account and sent the order to warehouse
• To ensure all invoices are recorded in system
• To reconcile collection account for MOH with system
• Once payment is received in collection account, to identify the relevant invoice to be allocated to the correct debtors and invoices
• File payment slip properly for easy retrieve
• To follow ISO process and maintain relevant documents properly for easy retrive

(AP)

• Prepare payment voucher and cheque for creditors, utilities and others
• Monitor and track all the due date for all creditors, utilities and other
• Ensure all original supporting documents required are attached for payment approval, ie Purchase Order, Delivery Order, Circulation for payment, costing and collection report
• Update payment in IFCA
• Check staff advance approval and prepare cheque for payment
• Update staff advance payment in IFCA system and charge to correct staff account
• Check staff claims form and ensure all have been aproved
• Prepared staff claim summary before the cheques issued
• To follow ISO process and maintain relevant documents properly for easy retrieve

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: RM2,000.00 - RM2,500.00 per month
