Overview of duties:-

Social Media Channels Management
To coordinate online collaterals for social media channels.
To ensure timely updates of all social media channels.
To plan social media ad buys for all marketing campaigns.
To ensure timely dissemination of social media materials/ newsletter.
To ensure customer feedback and complaints are reverted in 24 hours in all relevant social media channels.
To ensure reports are submitted in a timely manner.
To ensure website is updated and customer online experience is not affected in our website and e-store.

Keeps himself/herself well informed about the operations especially in key departments (Technical, Petting Zoo, Food & Beverages, Security, Housekeeping, Human Resource, Finance, etc.)

Supervise and ensure that all marketing colleagues to respond to enquiries via letter/fax/email within 24 hours of receipt.
Demonstrate Awareness of Occupational, Health and Safety (OH&S) policies and procedures and ensure all procedures are conducted safety and within OH&S guidelines and ensure your direct reports do the same.
Participate in providing and receiving constructive feedback with regards to the Department and the theme park as a whole, in order to improve efficiency, productivity and guest service.
Works in collaboration with the other departments
Required to work flexible working hours in view of the theme park and hotel occupancy and functions.
Ensure all damaged hotel property and potential problems are reported to the Engineering Department as soon as noticed.
Management and administration
To ensure that entire operation complies with Standard Operating Policies and Procedures.
Have a good working relationship with all colleagues and employees of the theme park and hotel.
Work closely with the Human Resource Department to ensure departmental performance of staff is productive and monitored.
To be ready and responsible to perform any other duties as designated or required by management.
Develop and maintain an active on job training programmes within the Department with a minimum requirement of 30 training hours of detailed full training per employee for the whole department monthly.
Hygiene / Personal safety / Environment
To ensure all staff maintains high standards of personal appearance, personal hygiene, correct uniforms and name badges as outline in the staff handbook.
To be completely aware of the Fire and Emergency procedures Lost World Of Tambun and Lost World Hotel responsibilities in an emergency.
Initiate action to correct and report any health or safety hazards to the Technical Department or the safety committee.
Be familiar with property safety, first aid and fire and emergency procedures.
Possess at least Diploma in related study.
Position to be based in Tambun, Perak.
Candidate must be willing to work during Weekends and Public Holidays.
