Responsibilities :

• Complete assigned daily ledger entries and other financial transactions in accordance of accounting standards.
• Reconcile daily sales consists of cash, credit card and other services to ensure all collection are fully accounted.
• Assist on Marketing program accounts related task.
• Assist on online e-commerce platform for collection & report conciliation.
• Assist on handling dispute cases on e-wallet & credit card transaction.
• Ensure accuracy of account receivable transaction in timely manner.
• Assist in the day-to-day operation and activities in account department.
• Able to perform other ad hoc tasks as assigned.

Requirements :

• Minimum qualification : SPM / STPM / LCCI
• 1-2 years working experience / Fresh graduates are welcomed.
• Experience in data entry or book keeping will be an added advantage.
• Willing to be based in Bukit Jelutong, Shah Alam.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From RM1,800.00 per month
