JOB DESCRIPTION

  • Process payroll - monthly statutory deductions. EPF, SOCSO, EIS, Income tax.
  • Records of daily attendance and overtime, monthly summary for allowance and overtime.
  • Keeps and maintains records of employees in the organisations, brief & prepare documents for new employees and amends personnel records.
  • Deal with inquiries from employees relating to leaves entitlement, overtime and etc.
  • Manage all HR records and ensure all personal files are updated and manage systematically
  • Perform daily administrative works such as data entry, documentation processing & filling to ensure that these are maintained in an effective, up to date and accurate manner.
  • Track office supplies and place orders when necessary.
  • To handle general admin matters.
  • To assist in daily office operation work.
  • Handle and ordered office stationary, maintenance and pantry goods
  • Assist in day to day administration / HR / operational task.
  • Assist on taking and prepared minute meeting
  • Handle and coordinate office administrative work
  • Handle office maintanance
  • Carry out any duties as required by the company at anytime
  • To perform any other duties at adhoc basis.

Job Requirements :

  • Candidate must possess at least Diploma in Human Resource Management or equivalent.
  • Required language(s): English and Bahasa Malaysia
  • At least 2 years of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
  • Willing to work in 6 month contract
  • A team player with good organizing and planning skills.
  • Able to start work immediately will be advantage

Job Type: Full-time

Experience:

  • customer service: 1 year (Preferred)
  • Human Resources Management: 1 year (Preferred)

Education:

  • Diploma/Advanced Diploma (Preferred)

Language:

  • Bahasa (Preferred)
