• Team size : 12
• Regions covered : Malaysia
• Excellent remuneration package

About the job

• Minimize mechanical delays and breakdowns by identifying the root causes
• Set and manage KPIs on individual team members
• Perform periodic Preventive Maintenance(PM)
• To manage and coordinate project work related to new machines and design.
• Maintain good housekeeping (5S) at all time
• Assess and prepare report on mechanical evaluation and machine status.
• Assist production on forecast report for additional machines and other equipment
• Manage engineering budget effectively through proper control and commitment towards
  overall business.

Skills/experience

• Bachelor's Degree in Engineering (mechanical/electrical) or equivalent
• At least 5-8 years experiences in the manufacturing environment
• Candidate who are from FMCG or food packaging companies will be added advantages
• Must willing to be based in Penang for 6 months and relocate to Selangor
