Position: Receptionist

Location: Jalan SS21/39, Damansara Uptown,, 47400 Petaling Jaya

Salary: RM 2000 basic + RM 200 attendance allowance

Working hours: Monday to Friday, 8.30am to 6.00pm

Contract duration: 1 year (renew based on company needs and performance)

Job Scope:

• Greet clients and visitors with a positive attitude.
• Assist clients in finding their way around the office.
• Help maintain workplace security by issuing and checking badges and maintaining visitor logs.
• Handle a variety of administrative tasks including photocopying, faxing and taking notes.
• Prepare meeting and training rooms.
• Answer phones in a professional manner, and re-route calls as necessary.
• Sort and distribute mail.
• Schedule appointment.

Requirement:

• Malaysian female
• Good communication skills.(English and Malay)
• Familiar with using the PC.
• Has experience in reception tasks.
• Good working attitude (No attendance issue)
