Ensure findings are supported with evidence such as samples, photos and/or referenced the breach against Digi’s SCP and ABC requirements and/or with relevant Malaysian laws, regulation and acts
Update inspection findings and corrective actions into the Synergy Life (internal platform) and shared folder
Track and ensure the established corrective actions has been closed according to the established date
Key in daily work schedule into the shared folder
You Are:
Experienced in providing training and awareness program to raise contractors' and suppliers' Supply Chain Sustainability (SCS) awareness in order to meet and comply to the Agreement on Responsible Business Conduct (ABC) and Supplier Conduct Principles (SCP) requirements
Eager to learn, advocate the use of and conduct Digi Permit To Work (DPTW) training
Willing to travel to conduct site inspection in East Malaysia (Sabah & Sarawak) and West Malaysia
Able to execute the function in terms of delivery timelines and expectations
Capable and resilient to achieve set goals
Strong in building collaborative and beneficial partnerships with internal and external
An effective communicator, hence able to communicate successfully with the Project Team and/or Field Force, plus others
