HR Executive position (3- 5 years’ experience and above) position
Working hours: 9am to 6 pm (Monday to Friday)
Job Responsibilities:

Responsible for full spectrum of HR function which includes recruitment, payroll, training and development, industrial relations, compensation and benefits and other HR related matters.

1. Compensation and benefits

• To responsible for managing payroll matters.
• To manage and execute employee relations & engagement activities throughout the years.
• Maintenance of employee compensation and advice the benefits program throughout the group
• To Prepare year end appraisal and rewards
• To act as the Liaison Officer and advice the company on all staff discipline, employment law and industrial relation matters.

2. Recruitment

• To screen potential and participate in first interview session
• To conduct orientation for new hires.
• Performance evaluation scores on hired candidates after a given period.
• Prepare monthly review for probationer
• To conduct Exit interview with leaver to improve existing welfare

3. Training and Development

• To prepare training-related material and brochures to HOD departmental.
• Arrange travel accommodations and facilities as required.
• Monitor training records to ensure comprehensive record and up-to-date
• Evaluate training evaluation form and review the comment for improvement
• Supervise in the HRDF Grant and Training Application for reimbursement
• Coordinate for In-house/ Public Training for staffs.

4. HR Administration

• To maintain and update employee personal files
• Processing letters and documents as assigned by superior
• To monitor the door access system
• To handle leave and attendance record
• To liaise with regulatory bodies and insurance in respects to HR matters
• Ad Hoc tasks as required by superior

Requirements:

• Candidate must possess at least a Diploma or Degree in Human Resource Management or equivalent
• At least 4 year (s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
• Well versa with labor legislation and statutory government bodies requirement such as EPF, SOCSO, EIS, LHDN, HRDF and ensuring compliance to statutory rules and regulations.
• Able to work independently to achieve desired career objectives.
• Problem-solving skills (proactive, reactive and creative based on clearly defined procedures)
• Possess good interpersonal and communication skills
• Possess good command of written English
• Good Computer skills with knowledge on application software such as Microsoft office application
• Good command of spoken Mandarin, English and Bahasa Malaysia
• Knowledge of Easy Pay System will be an added advantage
• Applicants must be willing to work in Kuchai Lama.
• Preferable candidates who able to start working immediately.
• Good in Sega payroll will be a bonus

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: RM3,500.00 - RM5,000.00 per month

Experience:

• Sage Easypay payroll : 1 year (Preferred)
• Human resource : 2 years (Preferred)

Language:

• English (Required)
• Mandarin or Cantonese (Required)
