Job Description

• Supervise and support the site management and contractors in performing their duties diligently and efficiently.
• Coordinate interfacing construction activities of various contractors on site.
• Plan the work schedule or programmed and monitor the overall work progress.
• Liaise and coordinate with consultants such as architect, engineer, quantity surveyor and others in pertaining to the design as well as costing of particulars projects.
• Assess, evaluate and verify contractors' claim.
• Ensure proper materials, quality of works and cost control on site.
• Coach and guide the subordinates on handling of survey instrument.
• Ensure safety and emergency procedures are followed at site.

Job Requirement: -

• Required language(s): Bahasa Malaysia, Mandarin, English
• At least 3 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
• Computer Literate, Microsoft Office, AutoCad would be an added advantages.
• Willing to travel outstation regularly.
• Familiar with construction drawings and construction process.
• Full-Time position(s) available.

Salary: RM1,600.00 - RM2,000.00 per month
