• Position: Product Development Manager
• Industry: Semiconductor/ LED Manufacturer
• Location: Batu Berendam Free Trade Zone, Melaka
• Salary Range: RM6,000 to RM8,000
• Working Hours: 5 Working Days (8.30AM to 6PM)

What you Need to Succeed?

• At least (8) years relevant experience in Semiconductor/ LED Manufacturer
• Knowledge in Statistical Analysis Tool (JMP, Minitab), DMAIC, FMEA, 8D and 3D Mechanical Drawing is added advantage

You'll be Responsible for:

• Participate in Design and Execution of Engineering Evaluations/ Experiments.
• Coordinate activities related to the Development of New Processes.
• Provide Engineering Support to Customers’ Field Application as need arises.
• Provide Engineering Support to Production as need arises.
• Coordinate the Initiation of Product & Process Change Notification (PPCN) for changes on Product Specifications or Material Substitution.
• Coordinate on New Product or Engineering Samples for customer.
• Coordinate activities related to New Product Development.
• Fulfill Product Time to market.
• Liaise with Package Development Engineer / Quality / Process Engineer in resolving issue with regard to Product Performance, Quality and Reliability Issues.
• Communicate with Marketing / Customers on new Product Development / Characterization issues.

To grab this opportunity, you Have To:

• Possess Bachelor Degree in Engineering or equivalent
• At least (8) years relevant experience in Semiconductor Manufacturer
• Knowledge in Statistical Analysis Tool (JMP, Minitab), DMAIC, FMEA, 8D and 3D Mechanical Drawing is added advantage
• Language Required : Chinese/ Mandarin, English, Bahasa Malaysia
• Applicant must be willing to work in Batu Berendam Free Trade Zone, Melaka
• Applicable to Malaysian only

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: RM5,000.00 - RM8,000.00 per month
