We are an interior design studio looking for a talented and motivated Design Consultant / Sales Representative with experience in sales or client servicing, with a passion in home renovation and interior design. We aim to make the journey of home renovation a pleasant and hassle-free one to our clients through our products and solutions, and our exceptional service throughout the renovation period.
Job Role:

• Identify sales opportunities, meet prospective client and convert leads to sales opportunities to achieve monthly/quarterly sales targets
• Understand client’s requirements and provide recommendations and solutions based on our product offerings
• Work out preliminary space planning and provide quotation based on the requirements
• Establish and cultivate good relationships with clients, enabling trust in our products and services
• Facilitate key communication between client and team members, and collaborate closely with internal team to ensure overall quality of project delivery in meeting client’s expectations
• Stay abreast of industry trends, home renovation and interior design solutions
• Support fellow team members and the Head of Division in any initiatives, plans and activities as and when required -|-
• Possess a diploma in any related discipline
• At least 2 years of working experience in sales/client servicing in related industries; experience in interior design is an advantage but not a must
• Possess keen interest in interior design and passion to provide a better home to others, with a good understanding of space planning
• Customer-oriented, attentive to clients’ needs and enjoy building client relationship
• Great attitude and interpersonal skills, a team player who is able to work independently and under minimal supervision
• Great time management skills and high level of accountability
• Proficient in basic operating software (e.g. Microsoft Office, Google Drive)
• Proficient in English, Mandarin/Cantonese and Malay language
• Remuneration provided will be basic salary + commission
