Requirement:
Degree/Diploma (with experience) in Electrical/Telecommunication Engineering

Job Description:

• To restore and rectify equipment at relevant sites to maintain the performance in achieving the Network System failure back to normal situation within the required agreed indicators
• Be on 24 hours stand-by based on the schedule roster assistance to manage faults within area of concerned within the agreed timeline
• Attend and rectify all the required trouble tickets to ensure that it is fully attended, rectified and closed with full information required and as per the agreed quality and timeline
• Managing all work slips issued and effectively managed it’s open and close within the allowable timeline
• Performed the required routine preventive & corrective maintenance and all related work on network elements are within agreed timeline
• Attending customer complaints within area of responsibility as assigned and directed by Superiors within the agreed timeline
• Recording of all activities at sites in the relevant site log book and ensuring all data are updated always
• Execution of all agreed improvement initiatives to improve team performances
• Execution of work activities in a safe manner with well-maintained and secure work place prior, during and after every job completion as per the required guidelines and requirement which includes site access and supervision

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: RM3,050.00 - RM3,350.00 per month

Schedule:

• Monday to Friday

Experience:

• install and maintain telco equipment: 1 year (Preferred)
• installing and commissioning: 1 year (Preferred)
• reventive & Corrective maintenance: 1 year (Preferred)

Education:

• STM/STPM (Preferred)

License:

• Work at Height (WAH) (Preferred)
