DIGITAL MARKETING STRATEGIST

(Based in Petaling Jaya)

Job Summary

To plan and execute the company’s marketing campaigns across digital marketing channels and analyse trends for the company reference.

Responsibilities

• Develop, implement and manage all digital marketing channels strategy (website, social media, Lazada, Shopee etc).
• Define important KPIs for all digital marketing channels.
• Manage all digital marketing channels to ensure brand consistency.
• Assist in building digital marketing roadmap.
• Plan and execute all digital marketing campaigns, including SEO/SEM, marketing database, email, social media and others to create and maintain high levels of customer interaction.
• Identify trends and insights, and optimize spend and performance based on the insights.
• Generate monthly reports on digital marketing campaign’s performance.
• Regularly monitor competitor social media sites and create competitor analysis reports.
• Stay up to date with digital technology developments and evaluate emerging technologies.
• Use and implement social media marketing tools relevant to the company.
• Attend educational conferences and roadshows.
• Brainstorm new and creative brand growth strategies.
• Work with multidisciplinary team of copywriters, designers and marketers.
• Network with industry professionals and influencers via social media.
• Assist to hire and train others in the team.

JOB REQUIREMENTS

• Creative and innovativeBrainstorm new and creative digital strategies
• Hands on experience with online marketing tools and practices and in using Malaysia social media platforms
• Good writing skills in Bahasa Malaysia and English. Knowledge of Chinese will be an advantage.
• Organized, systematic and attentive to details. Independent and proactive and also a team player
• Preferably with working experience in an advertising agency
