Responsibility/Activity

• Coordinate software installations, upgrades, and maintenance
• Monitor and troubleshoot daily operations, server's hardware/software/operating systems
• Monitor resources utilization and performance, implement procedures for network optimization, reliability, and availability
• Implement best practices for Office 365
• Provide applications and endpoint protection for end-users
• Coordinate equipment purchase for remote employees
• Manage, develop, and train the service desk team

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities

• 3 - 5 years of relevant experience
• Proficient in computer hardware, installation and support, networking, and IT security
• Knowledge and understanding of best practices for service management
• Office 365 and Intune administration skills
• Experience with Windows 10, Server 2016/2019, RDS, VPN, Active Directory, GPO
• Experience in SQL server Setup
• Experience with VMWare Horizon view or other VDI solutions is nice to have
• Responsibility and willingness to help
• Good managerial and communicational skills
• Good understanding of IP Networking concepts (Firewall, LANs, WANs, DNS, DHCP, VPNs) etc
• Experience in troubleshooting network problem
• Team/results oriented, flexible, proactive, self-starter
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, both written and verbal
• Organization skills
• Exposure in Oracle user support and VMWare is a plus
• BS in Computer Science or Engineering preferred

Qualification

• Posses a Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Information Technology or equivalent
• Posses own transport and willing to travel to perform on-site technical support
• Have good command of English in both written and verbal
• Preferably with CCNA greater advantage
• Knowledgeable with computer hardware and software
