MOAI has a team of security specialists supporting the business by setting the strategic direction for Information Security, IT Security, Privacy, Solution Security, and Corporate Security domains. The team provides support and mentorship to all units in MOAI, as well as other security and non-security functions, across .

The MOAI Privacy Manager reports directly to the Head of MOAI Security.

Purpose of Job Role:

The purpose of the role is to develop a tactical plan for implementing and maintaining Privacy requirements within MOAI area of responsibility in line with business needs and group Privacy strategy. As well as to ensure there are up to date processes and templates available for the execution of the Privacy Strategy. The area of responsibility is defined in the Operation Description Marker Area MOAI Security.

Responsibilities:

• Responsible for operational excellence, continuous development, and improvement of MOAI Privacy Tactical Plan, targets and directives based on regulations and business needs
• Provide specialist privacy knowledge and advice within the MOAI Security area of responsibility.
• Develop governance models, processes, methods, tools, and training to enable the organization to adequately assess privacy and ensure the efficiency of the privacy program and control.
• Analyze: Changes to the business environment, Corporate audit reports, Security assessments, Incidents, New threats, and vulnerabilities, and provide recommendations for improvements
• In the event of a failure in protection ensure that the failures are: Logged, appropriately managed, and investigated in a fair and candid manner, and Improvements opportunities identified and implemented.
• Follow up on findings when we run Privacy Impact Assessments (PIA).
• Deliver specialist knowledge to support in setting targets and strategies, via training and instructions/guidelines

To be successful in the role the requirements are:

• Knowledge in Security Policies, Directives and Instructions & knowledge of business environment;
• Good experience of Privacy related standards and regulations
• Knowledge about process development
• Knowledge about relevant security standards such as ISO/IEC 27001
• Certification by IAPP (International Association of Privacy Professionals) such as CIPM, CIPT, CIPP/E or equivalent highly recommended
• Security and Risk Management training or equivalent experience (such as PIA)
• Problem-solving skills, results-oriented, and a good teammate.
• Knowledge of internal and external product portfolio related to security
• Experience in project or program management
• Proficient in English (verbal and written)
