Job Description The Role
As Senior Associate/Manager of Customer Relationship Management (CRM), you will be responsible for developing and implementing all in-funnel and post-sale customer relationship management communications across push, inbox and emails (EDMs). Reporting to the Head of CRM, you will focus on developing audience segmentation and lifecycle stages with highly personalized campaigns that will drive measurable growth in engagement and conversions and to our database.
Responsibilities:
CRM performance lead
  • Develop and implement conversion optimized push and email campaigns that drive business growth and customer engagement.
  • Plan and implement nurture campaigns that engage and drive potential buyers down the purchase funnel.
  • Develop and optimize campaigns that drive ongoing customer engagement throughout their lifecycle as a customer.
  • Be the Super user of our CRM database (Golden Strategy); in order to develop and identify customer segments and develop appropriate measure of communication & content plans for customer retention and conversion based on their lifecycle stages.

Data-driven & Content strategist
  • Provide data-driven insights and optimize on Click Through Rates and Conversion Rates.
  • Monitor analytics and reporting capabilities while working closely with Regional team to measure progress towards defined KPIs.
  • Establish A/B testing processes to test language (BM vs EN), CTA, Content, email cadence and timing to constantly improve overall CRM performance.
  • Stay on top of market, CRM & content trends, product and platform changes, and competitor activities that could impact ’s marketing activities and CRM coverage.

Cross-functional coordinator
  • Work closely with internal and external (if any) teams to ensure smooth channel operations
  • Coordinate operations with internal stakeholders (commercial, category and brand teams, regional CRM, product teams, graphics) to drive growth as well as team metrics (CTR%, CR% & Buyers) efficiency.
  • Automate and standardize internal processes and requirements to maximize CRM performance.
  • Develop and continuously improve on overall CRM SOP & Guidelines to ensure better performance and tracking, and clear communication between cross functions.
  • Build monthly report to optimize campaign performance and share learnings/trainings between departments.
  • Able to support the team in managing work task such as scheduling of pushes, Super Brand Day (SBD) CRM plans and execution as well as Mega campaigns and other adhoc projects.

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Engineering, Data Analytics or a related field
  • At least 3-5 years of experience in digital and performance marketing or CRM, ideally in a multinational or technology company; e-commerce experience an advantage.
  • Able to engage and influence internal stakeholders at every level of the organization
  • Self-motivated, highly adaptable, and comfortable in a fast-changing and fluid environment.
  • Excellent oral and written communication, presentation and negotiation skills Excellent planning and organizational skills
  • Strong data analysis skills
  • Good computer literacy, including hands-on experience with marketing tools, tracking technologies, MS Office Suite and SQL
