  • Possess good communication skills, negotiation skills, presentation skills

  • Self-motivated with ability to work independently, responsible and able to work with minimum supervision

  • Possess own transport

Job Scope

  • Process day to day purchase order and prepare Delivery order and Invoice.
  • Follow up closely with supplier for estimated arrival date.
  • Update salesperson ETA to further put in schedule for Delivery date.
  • Day to Day follow up closely with supplier to make sure supplier meet their ETA.
  • Liaise with Delivery and installation team
  • Any adhoc administrative work Check price for requested product from existing supplier or potential supplier.
  • Perform cost comparison of existing supplier with potential supplier in every 2 months or when necessary
  • Performs other related duties as assigned by management.
