RESPONSIBILITY

• Issue of payment vouchers and cheques, keying in of payment vouchers, receipts, sales & purchase invoices into UBS System.
• Ensure that all accounting information is keyed into the financial systems correctly and in a timely manner as well as the proper maintenance of required GL records.
• Checks the accuracy of all billing and invoice amounts by vendors/suppliers and proper documentation and approvals are sought before payments are made.
• Fully in charge of the company accounting day to day and administrative related transactions.
• Supervision and close monitoring of credit control and collection process.
• AR and AP in processing transaction into accounting system.
• Checks the accuracy of all billing and invoice amounts by vendors/suppliers and proper documentation and approvals are sought before payments are made.

JOB REQUIREMENT

• Junior Executive specialized in Accounting or equivalent.
• Aggressively committed to work, Self-discipline, Passionate and Strong sense of responsibility.
• Very accurate and high level of numeracy capabilities.
• Able to work independently.
• Fresh Graduate are welcome to apply.
• Required language(s): Bahasa Malaysia, English
• Required Skill(s): UBS, Microsoft Office, Microsoft Excel and Power Point.
• Working Hours Monday – Friday 9.00am-6.00pm & Saturday 9.00-12.30pm

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: RM1,300.00 - RM1,700.00 per month

Schedule:

• Monday to Friday
